In Experience-Driven Innovation (ExpDI), the subjective experience of the end user is the main driver of the innovation process. This implies that the innovation process starts out by determining what user experience the organization wants to aim for. The design team will use all their abilities and possibly also external expertise to optimize the conditions for the end user to have the targeted experience. But what can the organization do to support this process? And what should be the role of different actors? On this webpage, we explain our current view on ExpDI, and we give an overview of ingredients that may support the ExpDI process. Our view is by no means finalized. Hence, we invite you to share your own viewpoints and to propose other ingredients by adding comments.
